The Grand Residence: A Complete Interior Design Project by SOHO Interiors

The Grand Residence shows what SOHO Interiors does best: we take an entire space from concept to final styling. We designed the layout, chose the palette, supplied every piece of furniture and lighting, and styled each room down to the last cushion and vase. The result is a home that feels like one connected, elegant design.

The Lounge
The living area is built around two signature button-tufted sofas, one in ivory and one in mauve. Both have carved, gilded arms and black lacquer bases. A pair of diamond-tufted wingback accent chairs in honeycomb jacquard creates a conversation corner with a lacquered side table. At the centre is a gold-leaf glass coffee table with turned, fluted legs. Overhead, a crystal cluster chandelier fills the room with light. A skeleton-clock wall feature, hand-woven rugs, designer cushions and floral accents complete the setting.

The Formal Dining Room
The formal dining area seats eight around a mirror-polished table on a sculpted black and gold pedestal base. The curved wingback chairs are upholstered in ivory honeycomb jacquard and trimmed in gold, with a button-tufted host chair at the head of the table. Along the wall, a hand-carved sideboard with fluted champagne-gold doors sits below twin ornate mirrors set against a warm wood-grain panel wall. A cascading crystal chandelier hangs above the table.

The Classic Dining Room
The second dining space is warmer and more traditional. A high-gloss mahogany table with a scalloped top and hand-carved cabriole legs seats six, on button-tufted chairs upholstered in soft taupe. A gold-branch crystal chandelier, a matching mahogany sideboard, a round statement mirror and fresh floral styling give the room a timeless, welcoming feel.

Our Design Approach
Each room has its own character, but they share one design language of black lacquer, gilded detailing, soft neutral fabrics and statement lighting. We balanced classic, hand-carved craftsmanship with clean, modern surroundings so the home feels both grand and comfortable to live in.
